Refund and Cancellation of Service

Once you order your HR Compliance Check Report and it’s delivered to you we will not refund your payment. You can however cancel your order prior to receiving your report.

  • All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to
  • KJG will not release any reports with an outstanding balance.

If you have are not sure if you want to proceed with the order, we highly recommend you contact us immediately before the report is sent to you.
